Color schemes, flooring, tile, carpeting, fixtures, lighting, faucets, additional outlets, etc etc etc. Your best bet is to read as many blogs as possible especially the entries around making selections. You will get an idea of what you are walking into and you will get ideas on changes you might not even think of. From my blog you can find links to over 30 Ryan Homes blogs....most of them include an entry about their selections. Here is a link to my blog http://ryanhomesavalon.blogspot.com/

Don't let mine scare you. We are building a fairly large house and have done a bunch of upgrades, but you can still get an idea of what you will walk into....example, most people don't upgrade carpeting too much, but we had 8 different levels to select from and within each there were probably a dozen colors/textures to select from.BDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17831914806525111506noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1371734072620691497.post-67543565343227724322011-03-07T10:28:09.471-05:002011-03-07T10:28:09.471-05:00I don't know how it is in your area, but we ha...I don't know how it is in your area, but we had 2 weeks from the time we signed our purchase agreement to pick everything out. We had to have everything picked out before we even knew if we were approved! All of our upgrades, options, flooring, lighting, cabinets, etc. EVERYTHING! And if we wanted to make any changes after that 2 weeks, we would have to pay extra. So, just try to get as prepared as possible..that two weeks went really fast for us.Lispishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17443086385746250772noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1371734072620691497.post-2965383620236004632011-03-07T10:05:59.026-05:002011-03-07T10:05:59.026-05:00Good grief that's fast!!
