Our PM came...Our master shower was doing that too. Our PM came in and fixed it a couple of weeks ago. The weep hole in the shower was clogged so it wasn't draining properly behind the tile. Our wall ended up getting water damage. He cleared the weep hole and then put silicon everywhere else. He cut out the damaged area and then replaced it with a patch of new drywall. After 24 hours of not using the shower (so that the silicon and drywall would be totally set), he repainted it.
