  1. I know you have the option to have a rough-in...Im not sure if they have the option to upgrade and have one installed... We have a rough-in in ours... :)

  2. In our previous ryan home and this one there isn't a light in there unless you add one or a rough-in. There is a switched outlet so you can do a lamp. We had a ceiling fan with light in our previous house - it was nice to circulate the air when you opened the windows.

  5. Your sales rep should have a binder that has pictures of all the light fixtures. We added a full fixture in the study and living room (since it will be a playroom).

  7. We added a ceiling fan rough in but yah I wish they would install it or give us an option to do it for us instead of us having to do it ourselves. Boo.

  8. We added a ceiling fan rough in and probably will put in a ceiling fan with lights, but that also gives us the option of just putting in a light if we decide against the ceiling fan. Shara is right, your sales rep has a binder that has all the lighting selections available. We picked a light out of the binder that we added in the basement to go over a pub table and I priced the same light at home depot and the markup wasn't all that much, plus it will be installed, so that's a bonus for me :)
