YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS THIS POST!!!!!

If you've been following me a while you don't want to miss this post!!

So...today was my girl's 6th birthday. It was an awesome day! She had a special lunch with her Grandmother, fun time at home, got to go to her cousin's and play, and then she got to go to dinner (Olive Garden) with us and her Grandpa and his wife (she picked the restaurant). She got some gifts. It was a great day. I'll tell ya'll about the best gift in a minute.

We also had our pre-drywall today! Everything looked good. There is one little place in the laundry room that needs fixed and they need to put one more outlet in the garage. But other than that, all our issues have been addressed and fixed!

He said Dry-wall and outside siding "should hopefully" start this weekend (Friday and Saturday). So next week at the latest. =) Electricity should be on by the 20th. AND...Ryan is paying to have the little area next to our house that's suppose to be road someday...a road now. Well, sord of. They are paving it to the back edge of our yard. So yay!! Our Energy Star inspection is also coming up. =)

Our kids went to play with their cousins while we had this meeting. They got my middle girl flowers and a cookie cake. =) When we got back over there to pick them up after the pre-drywall meeting, we got an email on my hubby's phone. We apparently missed a call while at our pre-dry wall meeting. . . . .

Today... For my little girls birthday... I got to tell her for her birthday God gave her her own room. WE GOT OUR FINAL APPROVAL!! The email was from our LO, she couldn't reach us by phone. She was the call we missed at our meeting. Final Underwriting approved us!! I have been in tears off and on all night since!!

It's a dream come true. I cannot tell you all how much this means to us!! There are no words when you know you can finally give your children a wonderful home to grow up in. In a good neighborhood. No words when ... It feels like a dream!!

Thankful. Grateful. Overwhelmed with emotion. Ecstatic. All words to describe me right now.

This has been THE BEST DAY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here are some pics:

Love this sign!

The garage now has a door into the house!

WJ: Speaker locations for surround sound. 3 in the wall, and then the two white ones in the ceiling will also be speakers. They won't be red. They'll be white when it's done. =)

  21. Oh yeah... I was in their living room when my husband handed me his phone and told me to read the email. I started to cry and said something like, "Are you kidding me?" over and over. Finally I pulled it together, hugged him, and turned and told them. Then spent the next 30 minutes telling my kids and making calls! lol
